Use Method Of Ultrafiltration Tube

The ultrafiltration membrane of the ultrafiltration tube contains trace glycerol. If you are worried about interfering with the subsequent analysis, you can use buffer or milli-q water for pre cleaning. If the interference still exists, it can be washed with 0.1M NaOH, then washed with buffer or milli-q8 water and dried.

Note: once the filter membrane in the ultrafiltration centrifugal tube is wetted, it should avoid drying. If it is not used immediately after pre cleaning, leave the liquid on the filter membrane until it is used.

Use method of ultrafiltration tube:

1）. Insert the ultrafiltration inner tube into one of the micro centrifuge tubes provided.

2）. Add no more than 500 to the inner tube of the ultrafiltration tube μ L sample and cover.

3）. Put the ultrafiltration tube with the cover into the centrifugal rotor, and make the connecting belt of the cover face the center of the rotor; Balance with a similar ultrafiltration tube.

4）. Centrifuge at 14000 x g for about 10-30 minutes, depending on the nmwl of the ultrafiltration tube used.

5）. After centrifugation, take out the whole ultrafiltration tube from the centrifuge and take out the inner tube.

6）. In order to recover the concentrated solute, insert the inner tube upside down into a clean micro centrifuge tube. Put it in the centrifuge with the open cover facing the center of the rotor; Balance with a similar ultrafiltration tube. Centrifuge at 1,000 x g for 2 minutes to transfer the concentrated sample from the ultrafiltration inner tube to the collection tube. The ultrafiltrate can be stored in the collection pipe.

Note: to achieve the ideal recovery effect, please carry out inverted centrifugation as soon as possible.
