1.Description
Guidling concentration filter devices are a disposable, endotoxin free ultrafiltration device for endotoxin concentration and removal of interfering substances prior to the LAL test. The concentration filter devices can be centrifuged in either a swing bucket or fixed angle rotor accepting 15 mL | 30 mm diameter conical bottom tubes. Due to the centrifugal design, multiple devices can be used in parallel, minimizing hands-on-time. The device is available with a 20 kDa MWCO cellulose triacetate membrane.

Concentrate dilute protein samples prior to electrophoresis.
