Description
The Guidling ultrafiltration cassettes holder, designed for sanitary applications, can be used alone or to expand existing cassette ultrafiltration systems or to replace existing holders. It requires only to be connected to an existing sanitary pump and piping for tangential flow microporous filtration or ultrafiltration. Ultrafiltration cassettes holder can accommodate up to 5㎡ area as shipped with long tie rods or 0.5 to 2.5㎡ with accessory short tie rods.
Feed flow direction is from bottom to top allowing air to be easily expelled from the system. Port design in the Guidling cassette results in a significant reduction in pressure drops and a more uniform pressure profile at operating cross flow rates compared to other cassette formats. This results in higher performance during production and more efficient cleaning
