The disposable depth filter systems developed by Hangzhou Guidling Company is a disc-type filter element, it is a high-efficiency filter element using deep filter paperboard as the filter material, it fully meets the regulatory requirements of biopharmaceuticals and is specially designed and manufactured to remove large solids such as cells and cell debris. The cellulose in the filter paperboard is interwoven to form a tight three-dimensional structure, the pore size shows decreasing distribution, the turbidity of the liquid can be effectively reduced through multi-stage interception , the filter aid diatomite and positively charged resin can greatly improve its filtering ability and the removal ability of endotoxin, DNA and other impurities
The polypropylene shell and spiral snap structure are very easy to install and use, The unique design of disposable joints and disposable liquid pipeline makes it easy to connect Guidling's disposable depth filter systems with other components in the process. Capsule type plastic housing eliminates the need for stainless steel housing and post-filter cleaning steps. 2. Filter Principle
The filter paperboard of depth filter modules is mainly composed of three media: Natural plant cellulose as base frame --- Interweave to a form tight three-dimensional structure, the pore size of filtration shows increasing distribution, larger impurity particles are directly blocked on the filter surface, small particles of impurities are intercepted on different longitudinal gradients of the filter material depending on their particle size, so as to ensure a stable flow rate and great sewage capacity and membrane load.
High efficiency filter aid, diatomite--- in the process of removing impurities such as cells, cell debris and miscellaneous proteins, its internal natural porous structure and increase the membrane load of filtration.
Deep filter medium of compounded with cationic resin--- Provides a good particle adsorption effect and can effectively remove part of negatively charged host cells, nucleic acids and impurities
